Print Deadline: Sponsorships must be confirmed 30 business days before each event for print inclusion.

Event Contingency: While we’re committed to producing all scheduled events, programming is contingent on sufficient
funding. Should an event be cancelled, we’ll work with you to transfer your sponsorship to another 2026 event.
